The Story behind Active
Activate Coaching was created because I’ve personally gone through the process of trying to change my health and fitness and realizing how confusing it can be without the right structure. I know what it’s like to be motivated but still feel lost on what to do, how to train, or how to stay consistent.
Through my own experience of losing 90+ lbs, I learned that real progress comes from having a plan, accountability, and support, not from quick fixes or random programs. Activate is built around providing that structure in a way that fits real life. The goal is to meet people where they are at, simplify training and nutrition, and help them build habits that last.
Everything with Activate is centered around education, consistency, and support so clients feel guided instead of overwhelmed.
